Description
METAL CAST DL 580 G is a concentrated water-miscible release agent for die-casting of aluminum alloys and magnesium.
The emulsions of DL 580 G, if related to spray, create over the surface of the mold an uniform film with excellent detaching power.
The lubrication of the moving parts of the mold is safely ensured.
DL 580 G allows for clear and clean surfaces of castings; the formation of layers of carry-over due to the remains of the mold release agent is that on the closure surface is largely avoided.
DL 580 G is developed for automotive sector.
DL 580 contains effective corrosion inhibitors and antibacteria to protect molds and mold platens.
DL 580 G does not create problems in the case of painting or galvanizing of the castings.
Application
Application must be with traditional spray heads or nozzles.
Stability:
The product is a fine emulsion very stable for long time.
