M5 Engineering (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was founded 2013. The name M5 stands for robust and innovative casting solutions as well as a strong partnership with the metal casting industry in Thailand and Southeast Asia. With a commitment to casting excellence, we actively work with our customers to integrate solutions and high-end technology into their operations to optimize their metal casting production processes.
We are looking for 2 positions to expand our team in Thailand.
1. SALES EXECUTIVE 1 Position
Job Description
We are looking for a high-performing sales manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management. Experience in the Metal Casting Industries of advantage!
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints. / Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence.
• Communicate production, and shipment schedules to customers.
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Establish customer database & Maintain customer relationship
• Evaluate sale proceedings and present the results to the management team for policy decisions. (Weekly)
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical, Electrical Engineer ora related field
• Ideal age: 33+ male or female /Thai nationality
• At least 5 years Exp in Sales and Engineering metal casting industry or a related field
• Previous experience in technical sales (Metal Casting Industries), business development 5-8 years
• Excellent communication skills in English and writing(Japanese will be a plus)
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Experience in sales and marketing overseas will be advantageous.
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• Multi taskings. / High level of communication.
• Able to drive /driving license
2. Service Engineer 1 Position (Special skills CAD)
Job Description:
• Find and implement new products (Hands On) related to the metal casting industries.
• Experience in the use of CAD Program such as Solid works, inventor or others and experience in various casting processes preferred.
• Modify according to customer requirements.
• Installation of machines and co-work with the maker.
• Inspection of the annual machine operation for maker.
• Repair and maintenance of general machines such as oil leak, change bearing, change general part, scraping and overhaul machine.
Qualifications and Skills:
•Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical Engineer or a related field
•Ideal age: 28+ male / Thai nationality
•At least 3 years’ experience with metal casting industry,Automotive Machine, or a related field
•Good in English Conversation and writing
•Able to work independent & Willing to travel in Thailand and abroad
•Open minded, friendly, Target oriented, flexible, creative, strong leadership skills, discipline, independent working style
